To help the public come to understand and embrace the developers dream. Also to bring awareness to the Realtor community. The goal was to bring warmth and feeling into the development. It worked! We took this struggling development and took it to the number one selling development over the next couple of years. Even into the tough year of 2009, the homes and condos we listed all sold!
