I am a man. I married at the age of 30 in 1974 My wife was 29. She is an ideal woman.?

January 3, 2011 - 10:12 pm 5 Comments

We had a son 29 months after our marriage. I was practising pull out method. After 3 years she insisted that we should have another child. which I did not want. One day she threatened me saying you old man you are not keeping good health I will see you. Then I got afraid and we had a mentally challenged boy when my elder son was 5 years 3 months. I was suffering from acromegaly from 1977 to 1983.
My second child was born in 1981. We had gone to montreal to get myself operated in 1983 with the financial help from my sister in law. I was very angry with my wife for forcing me to have another child and then giving birth to a mentally challenged boy. I was practising as family physician since 1977.
she was working in bank. She was providing for 100% of our expenditure. I had no income worth the name. I had 2 shops and realestate prices were rising steadily and that kept me happy. I left my practise in 1993. as god punished me for not practising properly. God gave me a serious mental illness.
I am in depression since 1994 till today. Make your comments.
If my wife was in USA she would have divorced me 3 months after marriage.

You said following:::::

You became afraid when she said, ‘You old man, you are not keeping good health. I will see you’? What!

First, first cousin marriages are not a good idea. It creates conditions when family pressure can be very intense, as well as genetic pool which is susceptible to defects. As a doctor you should know this. The marriage should not have taken place at all.
XXXXXXXX

Ours was not first cousin marriage.
She had theatened me when I was really sick.

YOU chose to put your ***** in her ******!!!!! Too bad this is your fault!
Take responsibility for your mentally challenged child and love him for ho he is!
Sounds like you’re more f*cked up than he is anyway.

What is the lifestyle of someone who earns $110,000 a year?

December 26, 2010 - 12:17 pm 4 Comments

I am 15, and I plan on becoming a dentist (and no, not just because of the salary). The minimum yearly income for a dentist is about $110,000 a year. I would love to be able to buy high end clothes and live in a nice home, like this one: http://www.realestate.com/MD/Bethesda/20128768-5819-Sonoma-Road-Bethesda-MD-20817-home-for-sale.aspx

What kind of car would someone with a salary like that be able to buy (max. amount)? Just a question of curiosity.

You’ll make a lot more than $110k/year as a dentist, I can tell you that. By the time you’ve finished dental school, a home, clothes and automobiles (all material things) won’t hold as much importance to you as they do now. You’ll likely be starting a family at this time, so all of your energy will be (or should be) focused on providing the most for them. I know it’s hard to envision right now at the ripe old age of 15, but it’s true (ask your parents). I’m at a mid-life point in life right now, and nothing matters to me more than ensuring my wife and kids will be well-positioned financially should I leave this earth prematurely. They’re all I have to keep my ‘legacy’ alive, so to speak, so whatever I can do to ease their journey into and through adulthood, I’m going to do. My wife’s finances are already pretty much taken care of. If my children can start a career debt-free, this will make a HUGE impact on their well-being.

Don’t worry about what all you can buy after becoming a dentist. You’ll make some serious jack and will have enough to do with as you please. My advice, save as much as you can before children arrive. Put more than enough down on your first mortgage. Live in smaller house initially and pay it off (it is, after all, just a house). After house is paid off, you might consider real estate as a good long-term investment (mine is rental property).

“Guide to Listings Submission” Technical Spec

xml is Excel spreadsheet format.

The fields list is all you need. Copy the field list across the top row in a new Excel page. Then fill in the details underneath, for your your property. It will include items like real estate type (house, condo etc), for sale or rental, address, various description fields, and things such as DisloseAddress, which you fill with Yes if you want it done and No if you don’t want it. Any that don’t apply to your ad, just leave blank.

This lets you submit numerous properties on one XML sheet, one property per row on the sheet.

If you could come back here and put the link for the page that directs you to that PDF, I could look it up for you and give you better details.
=======

I see what you mean.

Address type the address.

Other items where it days "decimal" just type numbers eg 56000.00 or 3.5, no commas or dollar signs.

"String" means words, eg name of provider (you) or builder.

for "Enumeration" they’ve listed all the choices you have. I get the impression you need to put these into quotes, the way they have them shown.

Woops, further down (purchase, lease, rent etc) they DON’T have them in quotes. Try them each way.

I suggest you copy only the compulsory fields to your spreadsheet, and submit ONE sample, with one item in quotes and one not. See which one comes out and then stick with that style for the rest.

listingsKey and ListingKey are confusingly NOT THE SAME. The top one is a code you invent eg "julylisting1" for the whole ad; the second is another one you invent for this particular property only, eg "wiscCondo".

"integer" means a number, eg 500 (square feet).

Anywhere that says "Boolean" means yes/no. They don’t specify whether to write Yes/no, so it might be better to use computer boolean, which is 1 for yes and 0 for no.

Where they ask for URLs, eg for images, put the images into Flickr and give the URL for that page.

Once you’ve worked out your test submission, also add in the next page of non-compulsory items, as some of them would be of good value to potential buyers.

Section 6 – Data Transmission tells you the address to upload your file to. I suggest you name your files with some initials, such as your company initials, and the date, eg MRL20100705.xml.

WOW they expect a lot of computer expertise from real estate experts. I hope this helps you get started.

Commercial Real Estate Collapse – Midtown Manhattan

July 5, 2010 - 4:40 pm 22 Comments

From the October 6, 2009 PBS “News Hour.”

One sees this every day. Storefronts on Park Avenue South where overpriced restaurants sat two years ago are empty with “For Rent” signs, something one never saw in such neighborhoods. Traditionally in NYC, property changes hands in private deals, never through the posting of rent signs. With 1% down payments, commercial real estate makes the subprime meltdown look outright responsible.
