I’m a single member LLC. I’m involved in several businesses. 1) photography- actual business involvement trying to sell photos 2) real estate- expended money actively searching and reviewing income producing real estate investments and 3) invested small portion in an interest bearing note yielding only interest income for now. May be converted to equity stake. To keep it simple for now, can i consolidate all the expenses incurred to search for realestate and buying photo equipment under the same LLC? So far, only received interest income and minor income from photo sales which have not exceeded the expenses to date. thanks

Yes, you can. We have 3 separate business units under one LLC. But, talk to your accountant about how to set it up.

My grandmother died a few weeks ago and the trustee doesn’t seem to know. Is there ONE source I can go to to find this out?

no. you need to play detective. search through her belongings. check safe deposit boxes. call the banks and brokerage firms she might have done business with. check her financial records, checkbooks, etc.

check the states unclaimed property website for any property she may have forgotten about.

i’m thinking about becoming one.

You need to get a license and you should be a good sales man. other than that i don’t think there is any hard part
(i heard the licensing part is pretty hard)

investing in realestate by buying houses and rent them out. Heard that someone has many houses. How do they got loans especially with current tight credit?
regardless to high income the bank said fha is limit only 4plus with primary home. Could it be true or not?

I know someone with more then 200.

Those people are honest and hardworking. They get loans because the banks know for a fact that they will be repaid.

Since "all real estate is local" I think the website should be local also. If you are looking for real estate in Houston Texas there are several web site (at least three dozen) that have the entire MLS in search-able format. Most high production real estate agents provide this access on their website at no cost or obligation.

I see no advantage to a national site.
