The Tallest Residential Tower in the world.
It is considered the tallest residential tower in the world (currently being registered with Guiness Book & Records). This tower occupies an area of 37,410 square feet in the Marina area, which is known to be one of the most exceptional and prestigious parts of Dubai. It directly looks on the sea and Palm Island in Jumairah.
The tower is 107 floors high and contains a combination of luxury apartments, offices, sales outlets, car parking spaces, sports and recreational clubs and hotel suites. It is considered the highest residential tower in the world.
The tower houses a large selection of luxury residential apartments consisting of either two three or four bedrooms, duplex villas and high-end penthouses.
It also includes offices, swimming pools, a gymnasium, a children’s day care nursery, a sauna club, a prayers area and a private car parking area for each resident in addition to a luxurious reception area.
The consultant assigned to the project is M/s Adnan Safarani, and the pilling work will be carried out by the Piling Contractor M/s ZETACH.

not really, business in the region will go through Dubai now. Furthermore Dubai isnt broke, rather it has slowed down just like everyone else. Unlike developers in the U.S. and Russia, who did a bang up job in planning, the projects in Dubai are still going through. They did their homework in making sure everything could withstand hard times, a lot of developers out there diddnt

well its actually 6 …
well its actually 6 % percent I think. A lot of the big investors in Dubai are tied in the world market though, many are Arabic, Persian, India, or British. However those people do business that is involved in the world economy. Everyone is somewhat dependent on each other, but Dubai will be just fine, it has used tourism to build a world class economy, even with that industry in the tank nothing is really stopping the surge in development there, this is one of the world cities of the future

I’m glad to live in this country, and I just wanna to said for who said that wamen are liveing a difficult life, no we don’t live a difficult life we live a great life with our families and freinds even if you see us wear abaya & shila we like it and we used to wear it when we go outside home, but thats not mean we can’t wear beautiful and elegant clothes.
