Does some one have any hints on taking the california realestate sales person exam?

Don’t listen to the people that tell you to stay out of the biz. They are either pessimistic or they don’t want added competition. Here’s the thing, if you are good, it doesn’t matter if the market is up or down, as long as you are better than the competition.
I got my license through Allied Business schools and took a lot of practice exams. When checking my answers, I made sure I understood why I got certain questions wrong so that I could learn from those mistakes.
Good luck.

There is probably some course you need to take first. Check with a local realtor to find out what you need to do.

Bad timing. The boom is pretty much over, and the number of sales should decline sharply over the next 1-2 years as buyers wait on the sidelines for a bottom to the market. You should have done this about 7 years ago. For now, it will be hard for a newcomer to get started in this competitive industry.
