previously one can have 10 mortgages (10 houses) Now is changing. Currently how many? where do I find mortgag?

investing in realestate by buying houses and rent them out. Heard that someone has many houses. How do they got loans especially with current tight credit?
regardless to high income the bank said fha is limit only 4plus with primary home. Could it be true or not?
I know someone with more then 200.
Those people are honest and hardworking. They get loans because the banks know for a fact that they will be repaid.

A person can qualify for as many mortgages as their credit score and income will allow.
They may not have mortgages on all the houses – perhaps they own them outright.

One can have as many houses as their income and credit rating allows them to have, whether that’s one or ten or a hundred. Perhaps the "someone" you know who has many houses also makes a large income and has a very good credit score.

1. You will not obtain 10 mortgages right now… you’ll be lucky 2 get an FHA.
2. If you do need to get a mortgage..look at the loan to actual value ratio.. in this day and age.. it needs to be a "no-brainer" for the banks.
3. there is no cap on how many mortgages a person can have. perhaps after Obama gets done with us there might tho.
advice: invest in guns and things everyday people find of value. the housing market is going to get bad. the current housing market is insignifigant compared to what our country in in store for.
Prepare to rent 3 bedroom houses out for $300/ month to stay afloat.

Greetings fellas. Information is good but wrong information is worst than not to be informed at all.
