Local architect Thomas Horton has counted 120 public stairwells throughout the hill, each transporting the walker from one area to another, from street to park, from park to residence, each with its own unique opening and closing. Tons of intimate restaurants and shops throughout, everything you need is on the hill. &#8220;Seattle neighborhoods are unique and create &#8216;chain islands&#8217; giving this metropolitan area at large a small town feel.&#8221;<br />

Certified self defense instructor Joel Lucky was sought out to show real estate agents how to protect themselves.</p>
