The process for the houses, the client chooses the Lot and the house model and once the client has decided we start the construction of the house. Houses do not have Pacific Ocean view. Condominiums: There will be 2 Towers of 9 Stories high. Each tower has 18 Apartments, two per floor. The apartments have an area of 216 m2 (2,325 sq.ft.). The initial price for the condominiums start at $295,000. In the master plan are the two towers north of the Master Plan. We are specting ocean view from the Third floor up. The condominiums will have a fantastic view to the bay of Punta Barco and over the houses of Punta Barco Resort and views to the beach of Coronado.
